As you may know we have had a difficult start to the year at Oakwood. We have had a number of issues concerning staff changes, equipment faults, facility repairs/maintenance and more. The vast majority of these issues have been within our control and it is unacceptable that we let these issues get to a point where customers were so unhappy.
In March we hosted some member coffee mornings so we could bring people up to speed with updates regarding the various issues, and to invite further feedback. We collected complaints and suggestions and have listed them in a working document, and detailed what we have done/are doing to address each issue. The document can be accessed here.
We have also set up a new online feedback form to give customers the ability to submit feedback and suggestions directly to the General Manager. The form can be accessed here.
