New for Jan 2019: Boxercise
One of many new classes at Oakwood this month is Boxercise.
This fun, stress-busting workout uses boxing-inspired punches and routines (and a good mix of up-beat and cheesy music!) to get you in the mood to hit hard and burn those calories!
You'll be working in pairs for most of the class so best to come with a friend but certainly no problem if you're on your own!
