Our next-generation indoor cycle pop-up studio uses real bikes, top-of-the-range turbo trainers (Tacx Neo) and outstanding software for an unrivalled training solution.
Intensity is personalised so riders of different abilities can train together (from absolute beginner to pro). Resistance on the bikes changes automatically and only in line with your own level of fitness. Our structured interval training sessions take you through various training zones and you get an automatic email report of every workout with full and detailed data (plus auto-upload to Strava).
Training with power and data
We train with power as it is an accurate metric which you can also change immediately (unlike heart rate) when you need to change from one interval to the next. Using outstanding software we can monitor key metrics (power, heart rate, cadence) to ensure you are training at exactly the right intensity.
After each session you get an automatic email with a full report of your training session so you can monitor improvement.

Our Performance Training camps and sessions are genuinely suitable for riders of all abilities.
When you start training you complete an FTP (Functional Threshold Power) test session. This establishes your current ability. The computer then controls the resistance of your bike based on this personal level. This is how we can have riders of all abilities train together and get the same quality workout.
